Villa de fujacos is situated on the beautiful hillside of the small village of Fujacos, between the walled city of Valença and Monção. In the middle of the demarcated sub-region of Alvarinho Wine, Fujacos is surrounded by numerous points of cultural interest and unique natural elements.
To know the Fortress of Valença, is to go through the memories of 2000 years of the most remarkable pages of the historical adventures of Portugal and Spain.
Fortaleza and the unique flavors of gastronomy such as cod, wines and sweets are an irresistible invitation to visit Valença. A 5-minute drive away we reach Tui, famous for being the gateway to Spain for those who make the Portuguese way to Santiago de Compostela, but also full of history and mouth-watering cuisine.

You can also walk or cycle the Minho Ecopista between Monção and Valença enjoying the views of the River Minho.

The beaches on the Portuguese and Spanish coasts are known for their water transparency and clean beaches, many of them reminiscent of the Caribbean.
The House
COMFORT AND ELEGANCE
Built in stone, the Villa is decorated to make you feel completely comfortable and at home.
The 3 bedrooms accommodate up to 7 people, with a double bedroom with en-suite, another with two beds, and the last one on the ground floor. downstairs is a double bedroom.
The house has 3 fully equipped and heated bathrooms.
Central heating keeps the house warm on the coldest days, and the stone keeps the house nice and cool in the high summer temperatures.

The kitchen with 35m2 was originally the mother house, and is built entirely in granite. The visible wooden beams are one-piece and are over 200 years old. The kitchen sink is in granite and was used as an animal feeder.
In the rustic wood-iron stove you can make meals with a unique flavor, cooking slowly without haste so that the flavors are refined.
In the center, a wooden table with benches that seats up to 10 people. In the kitchen guests will find all the amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, toaster, fridge, etc.

The main room with 40m2 has a rustic fireplace. The shutters that open onto the balcony give you access to a breathtaking view.
The games room located on the lower floor has 25m2 and gives access to a bedroom, a bathroom and wine cellar.
Here you can spend your time playing pool or darts.

Interior stairs and the porch, has protection railings for children. The entire property is fenced and the pool area is also fenced for the safety of children.

TRANQUILITY
Outside there is a threshing floor, several green spaces and a lounge area with a saltwater pool.
A ready-to-use barbecue will delight anyone who loves grilling.

The outdoor space is big enough to have nature at the door, and wake up to the sound of birds or animals in the area.

Harvest directly from the tree and enjoy naturally cherries, plums, grapes, pears, lemons, blackberries, apples and persimmons.

One of the ex-libris of the house is its porch. Here you can have meals and contemplate a relaxing view over the valley and enjoy excellent evenings.
Evening in the company of family or friends is also a pleasant place to share long conversations or even a game of cards.

Abroad you can still find a lounge area with a pool measuring 10x5 meters in diameter, treated with salt water.

Fujacos is part of a temperate oceanic climate, of Mediterranean influence, characterized by hot summers and mild winters, due to the preponderance of the Atlantic façade.
On the hottest days of summer temperatures can reach 40° but the average is 30°, in winter the temperature can drop to -5°, with the average temperature being between 5 and 10°.

The River Minho, with its hydrographic basin, marks the county from the north to the south. The most striking streams or streams, tributaries of the Minho river, are the Furna stream, the Mira and the Torto river.
In the contact of these streams with the river Minho it is possible to find privileged natural spaces such as the leisure park of the river Furna or the biotype of Veiga da Mira.
