Villa de Fujacos is nestled on the beautiful hillside of the small village of Fujacos, between the walled city of Valença and Monção.

Just a 5-minute drive away lies Tui, the gateway to Spain for those walking the Portuguese Way to Santiago de Compostela. This charming town is also rich in history and boasts a mouth-watering local cuisine.

You can also walk or cycle along the Minho Ecopista between Monção and Valença, enjoying stunning views of the River Minho.

The House
COMFORT AND ELEGANCE
Built in stone, the Villa is decorated to make you feel completely comfortable and at home.
The 3 bedrooms accommodate up to 7 people: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another with two single beds, and the last one on the ground floor, which is also a double bedroom.

The house has 3 fully equipped and heated bathrooms.
Central heating keeps the house warm on the coldest days, while the stone construction keeps it pleasantly cool during the hot summer months.

The kitchen, measuring 35m², was originally the main house and is built entirely from granite. The visible wooden beams are made from a single piece of wood and are over 200 years old. The granite kitchen sink was once used as an animal feeder.
The rustic wood and iron stove allows you to prepare meals with a unique flavor, cooking slowly and carefully to enhance the taste.

At the center, there is a wooden table with benches that seats up to 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, toaster, fridge, and more.
The main room, measuring 40m², features a rustic fireplace. The shutters open onto a balcony with breathtaking views.

The games room, located on the lower floor, is 25m² and provides access to a bedroom, a bathroom, and a wine cellar. Here, you can enjoy games of pool or darts.
​
Interior stairs and the porch are fitted with protective railings for children. The entire property is fenced, and the pool area is also enclosed for child safety.

TRANQUILITY
Outside, there is a traditional threshing floor, several green spaces, and a lounge area with a saltwater pool.
A ready-to-use barbecue will delight anyone who loves grilling.

The outdoor space is large enough to bring nature right to your doorstep, allowing you to wake up to the sound of birds and local wildlife.
Harvest fruit directly from the trees and enjoy natural cherries, plums, grapes, pears, lemons, blackberries, apples, and persimmons.

One of the highlights of the house is its porch. Here you can enjoy meals while contemplating a relaxing view over the valley and spend wonderful evenings.
Evenings in the company of family or friends are also perfect for sharing long conversations or a game of cards.
Outside, you will also find a lounge area with a 10x5 meter saltwater pool.

Fujacos has a temperate oceanic climate with Mediterranean influences, characterized by hot summers and mild winters due to its location on the Atlantic façade.

On the hottest summer days, temperatures can reach up to 40°C, with an average of around 30°C. In winter, temperatures can drop to -5°C, with average temperatures ranging between 5°C and 10°C.
The River Minho, with its hydrographic basin, runs through the county from north to south. The most notable streams feeding into the Minho River are the Furna stream, the Mira, and the Torto River.

Where these streams meet the Minho River, you can find privileged natural spaces such as the Furna River Leisure Park and the Veiga da Mira biotope.
